Patient registration's goal is to raise the physical, mental, social and spiritual well being of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Community to its highest level

Registering with the Health Department is extremely vital for the following reasons:

• To improve the quality of healthcare that's delivered to our tribal members
• Detect common health conditions and provide suitable education regarding preventive care and disease management
• To implement programs
• To receive the appropriate funding through Indian Health Services. (Funding is determined by the number of Tribal Members being serviced.)
